It is a legally binding contract between our Company; visitors; users; and customers. If you do not agree with these terms or are under the age of eighteen, please do not use, access this website, or reserve services through our Company.

We reserve the right to amend or change our Terms of Service at any time. By continuing to use our website and services, you agree to these provisions. Our Privacy Policy is separate from this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, Maple Cleaning Service may also mean “We,” “Us,” or “Our.” Customer or Client may also mean “You” or “Your.”

Cleaning Services

Maple Cleaning Service provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services.

When scheduling online, you will be prompted to provide your contact information and select a specific cleaning service. We will need details such as the size of the premises and the number of bathrooms. Please note that all bookings have a one (1) hour arrival window due to potential delays or unforeseen circumstances. Rate changes will be posted on our website, and/or customers will be notified via email.

Scheduling and Confirmation
Confirmation

Booking a cleaning service online does not automatically guarantee an appointment for that day and time. Scheduling conflicts may occur, and a representative will contact you via email or phone to confirm your appointment.

We schedule our cleanings in a way that minimizes driving time. If you need a specific time, we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee it.

Customers are expected to be on-site at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made (e.g., providing a security code or key). If our team is unable to access the premises, a $100.00 lockout fee will apply.

Appointment Window

We allow a one-hour arrival window due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather). If our representative is running late, we will notify you via phone call or text.

Payment

Payment can be made via credit or debit card through the client portal on our website or over the phone. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card will not be charged until after the cleaning has been completed.

Payment Options and Discounts

We offer cleaning services on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. Customers enrolled in recurring services authorize us to charge the credit or debit card on file after each cleaning.

Financial Responsibility

You agree to be financially responsible for all cleaning service fees, including collection costs, attorney fees, and legal expenses for unpaid balances.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds, as we strive to provide the highest quality service. However, if you are unsatisfied with a cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will correct the issue at no additional charge. Requests made after 24 hours will be addressed at our discretion.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for safety reasons. Our team cannot work in homes with weapons, extreme clutter, disconnected utilities, or aggressive pets.

Cancellation Fee

If our team cancels a cleaning due to unsafe or unclean conditions, intimidation, or endangerment, a $100.00 cancellation fee will apply in addition to the regular cleaning fee.

Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a $100.00 cancellation fee. Notice must be provided via email or phone call.

Security and Alarms

By scheduling a cleaning, you grant us access to your home or premises.

Keys

Maple Cleaning Service is not responsible for theft or damages if a client leaves a door unlocked or places a key in an unsecured location.

Use of Customer Equipment

If you request that we use your cleaning equipment or vacuum, we are not responsible for any damages that may occur.

Breakage and Loss

Our team takes reasonable precautions, but accidents can happen. If an item is damaged or lost, it must be reported within 24 hours via email or phone.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
